Absolutely Outstanding Bathroom Remodel! We couldn’t be happier with our three bathroom remodels! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, organized, and stress-free. Josh helped us design every detail better than we could have planned and every tile is perfectly set, the fixtures are flawlessly installed, and the overall craftsmanship truly exceeded our expectations. Josh and his team transformed 1980s bathrooms into a high-end luxury design out of a magazine. The transformation is unbelievable — our outdated bathroom is now modern, functional, and absolutely stunning. Communication was clear and consistent, and the work was completed earlier than expected . Also, he was able to install everything from the plumbing to the electrical and they even removed four layers of flooring for the previous owners. His pricing was so good, we can’t wait to have him do more!

I have used this company for many years, for interior and exterior work on my house and grounds and demolition of an old barn. Josh Silkman does excellent work in all crafts, from small tools to heavy machinery, and always at a reasonable cost. Would most highly recommend him for any project.

Had the opportunity to experience Lilco’s work on several projects. These guys always had a professional attitude and took the time for all preparations and quality control. They did not leave a mess or unwarranted damages like so many fly-by-night contractors tend to do. They even magnet swept driveways for screws/nails whenever they finished loading out for the night. The owner is always up front about any costs, with no hidden charges to get the jobs done.
